— TO ORDER PUZZLES —
BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:
BEFORE PLACING any order, please e-mail Puzzles by Cathy so that scheduling and pricing can be confirmed. The puzzle prices are found on the Order Form. When you write, please include the following information:
- Medium you want the puzzle designed for
(Newspaper, Other Print Medium, Web Site, Handout, or specify other usage)
- Type of word puzzle you want
(Standard Cryptogram, Solve-A-Quote, Word Search #1 or #2, Logic Puzzle, or describe any other kind of word puzzle you are interested in having constructed)
- Size requirements and/or restrictions
- Whether a sponsor signature needs to be included in the puzzle design
- How often you want a puzzle constructed
(Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, Bimonthly, Quarterly, or One Time Only)
IF YOU are not yet ready to order a puzzle but would like additional information, please e-mail an inquiry to Puzzles by Cathy, and please include the same information as requested above.
PLEASE NOTE that Puzzles by Cathy reserves the right to reject any order for any publication, web site, or endeavor which it deems inappropriate in nature (i.e., pornographic, disseminating hateful or prejudicial messages, etc.). When you place an order, it will be necessary for you to send a copy of your publication or your complete web site address so that the subject matter contained in that publication or on that web site can be assessed.
TO PLACE AN ORDER:
PLEASE PRINT the Order Form. Fill in the information, enclose a check or money order for the total amount made payable to Catherine Kemper, and mail to the address at the bottom of the form. (No credit cards can be accepted—sorry!) No puzzle will be constructed until payment is made and checks have cleared. Be sure to include a copy of your publication and/or your complete web site address—no orders will be accepted without it!
